An employee (male, doctoral candidate) would like to accept a position as a parental leave replacement at another university (uni B). In order to continue to receive his remuneration from uni A, he is to register as a lecturer in a seminar of a colleague without participating in any way. The male colleague (full-time position with a teaching obligation of 8 hours per week) refuses. Subsequently, the professor unmistakably demands from the female colleague (part-time position with a teaching obligation of 2 hours per week) that she must take him on. When the female colleague also refuses, she gets loudly berated by the professor in the presence of other employees as well as internal and external doctoral candidates the following day. The professor says that she is sabotaging his university policy and that he will neither accept nor tolerate that.
