Unfortunately, the conversation of the male staff of an economic-research institute at the next table in the cafeteria could not be overheard. They were discussing how their female students dressed and whether these students chose a neckline so low because of them – which they of course affirmed themselves of. Further topics included which of their female colleagues were ugly and should therefore dress in a way to not draw attention to themselves, and which of their female colleagues were attractive and therefore had the ‘right’ to dress ‘sexy’.
